We never knew that there is so many sick children recovering from injuries and accidents than we know now of. We started following their journeys and making it part of our strength and inspiration for Karliens healing journey.
Since Karliens accident we have mourned with two other couples that lost their children in hospital due to complications and extent of their illness and injuries. It shakes your world in ways you can not describe and on 16 September this year our hearts were torn and our world shaken as we got news from another little girl who got her angel wings we were following her progress and was so excited for her next step in her journey as we watched her parents with their steadfastness on their journey. It shocked us to our core. This little girl was such a beautiful little angel we have never met her in person but touched our hearts and our hearts still ache for her parents of their loss. While trieng to make sense about her ending journey we have to train our thoughts not to get the better of us we hold up so many feelings because their is so very little people who really understands or who we can talk to because their is such a fine line between ‘complaining’ or being seen as ungrateful or just express our feelings because we are just human. Its these things we face everyday and have to train ourselves so that our FAITH is bigger than our FEARS as parents of a injured little girl who is recovering daily. I pray that God will will bless us with peace and that our fears dont het the better of us every journey is different that we learned
And we can never compare one journey with another.
We still place our faith in God as He has carried us all this way and I know that He has a plan for karlien I know it since 27 October 2015 the day she was born and even ore so on 1 November 2018 when God did the biggest miracle we have ever seen and saved Karlien and gave us another chance. He is faithfull and lets everything work out for good for those who loves Him❤️
